Track 200 — Corporate
What happens when the culture of institutional silence is broken and workplace bullying is reported?
Overview
Workplace bullying (assédio moral) has been a widely discussed topic in recent times. Among the various socio-philosophical currents and the legislation, there is the most delicate question of all: what to do, as a manager, when something like this happens. How do you keep the team balanced? How do you address the emotional toll that has overwhelmed the team? How do you return to balance? How do you be a good manager in a crisis situation that goes beyond professional activities? How do you engage with personal relationships? This topic was proposed to shed light on and discuss these questions, so particular to each individual experience.
