Facilitators for Trainings and Workshops
Facilitator Training in Training and Workshops — additional information: On certification and scoring criteria The Certification of graduates of the Facilitator Training Program, who chose this Training, is accompanied by an Academic Transcript presenting the program topics and the SFC Title-theme in Training as a Facilitator, in addition to the attendance record. To obtain the respective Training Certificate, the graduate must achieve 21 to 25 points in the 72-class-hour Residential. The participant enrolled in the Residential (Facilitator Training) who achieves a score between 21 and 25 points, in addition to the Certificate and respective Academic Transcript: will become a member of the Instituto Foto-Vivência's roster of Facilitators, with the option to decline this opportunity. will obtain the IFV Credential to use the Foto-Vivência Methodology in their personal Training, Workshop and Group Dynamics events as a Facilitator and Focalizer in Business Games. will receive free enrollment in IFV's 32-class-hour open courses and a 40% reduction on the investment in Lato Sensu (MBA) courses, all offered by IFV. Achieving 21 to 25 points is accomplished as follows: 1 point for full attendance at each 8-class-hour Technical Meeting, totaling up to 7 points based on the attendance criterion; up to 8 points for the written presentation of the Final Course Seminar - SFC, awarded by the Lead and Assistant Professors; up to 10 points for the public presentation of a hands-on experiential activity involving the other participants in the class and an external audience, awarded by the Lead and Assistant Professors. Those enrolled only in the first Residential who obtain a score between 18 and 20 points will receive the corresponding Certificate and will be entitled to: free enrollment in IFV's 32-class-hour open courses and a 20% discount on IFV's Lato Sensu (MBA) courses, in addition to the attendance record. a credential for private use of the Foto-Vivência Methodology upon submission to the IFV Technical-Scientific Council of a request stating the reasons for obtaining it, accompanied by proof of completion of other courses in the behavioral field totaling a minimum workload of 80 class-hours. Those enrolled with a score below 18 points will receive only a Certificate of attendance.
General Objective
Train a group of participants to carry out the production, administration and delivery of trainings, workshops, group dynamics and programs of a behavioral and managerial nature along experiential lines. The program aims to train new professionals to work: as Facilitators in behavioral and managerial trainings; as Focalizers in Business Games Trainings and Workshops; as Dynamizers in Group Dynamics activities; as Thematic Instructors in Open Courses in the field of Sustainable Behavior. In the Facilitator Training program, we intend to provide participants with the opportunity to become professionals in leading and producing Trainings, Workshops and Group Dynamics and, based on performance evaluation, include them in IFV's roster of facilitators.
By the end, you'll be able to
- produce and manage trainings, workshops, and group dynamics;
- lead hands-on experiential activities as a Facilitator;
- lead business game activities as a Focalizer;
- teach courses of a hands-on experiential nature as an Instructor.

Methodology
The Course will be developed through hands-on experiential activities, theoretical presentations, case studies, the creation of dynamics and the production of events in the field of Sustainable Behavior, firmly grounded in the Foto-Vivência Methodology and in the foundations of Psychosynthesis and the Neurophysiology of Behavior.
