Fear of Life: A Question of Being – Paths to Overcoming Fear in Personal, Social, and Professional Life
Overview
In today's world, simply possessing knowledge is no longer enough. Communicating, expressing what you feel and want with clarity and purpose, conveying information, and captivating others is essential in personal and/or professional relationships. We offer a Lecture / Workshop aimed at helping participants minimize inhibitions and difficulties in communication and expression, so they can handle unexpected and unforeseen situations—easing relationships, developing intuition and clarity of purpose, and awakening creativity, imagination, and an entrepreneurial spirit through a participatory methodology. Starting from presentations and theoretical reflection, individual and group practical exercises, experiential activities, and role-play are proposed, in which participants are engaged and encouraged, within a safe and welcoming environment, to develop and put into practice experiences, knowledge, and insights that will prepare them to face future personal and professional situations. Topics to be addressed and worked on: The fear of being The art of living and being yourself Facing risks Teamwork Exercising sensitivity, imagination, and creativity Emotional expression and the body Communicating with an audience, with others The influence of emotions and feelings Overcoming internal and external obstacles Improvisation Spontaneity Making dreams come true Reason and emotion Wants and needs Developing thematic exercises Activity offered for groups of up to 30 people, with a minimum duration of 2 hours.
Speaker's background
Actor, Singer, Voice Actor, Theater Teacher. He spent 25 years as a teacher and assistant director at Teatro "O Tablado"; Instructor/Facilitator of Theater Workshops for Corporate Training and Personnel Development in Companies and Organizations; Creator of the workshop "TEATRO PARA TÍMIDOS" (Theater for the Shy); Clinical Psychologist, graduated from UERJ with a postgraduate degree from PUC-RJ, trained in Psychoanalysis with experience in Psychodrama and Bioenergetics; Senior Analyst of Training and Human Resources Development at a large international company; He served as President-Director of Cinecoop – a Communication and Culture Cooperative, also working in Consulting and Development of Artistic, Cultural, and Human Resources Development Projects; Member of the Instituto Foto-Vivência. He has appeared in hundreds of soap operas and miniseries on TV GLOBO, TV RECORD, and TV BANDEIRANTES, and in films such as: "PRIMO BASÍLIO," "CILADA.COM," "TANCREDO, A TRAVESSIA," "ESTADO DE EXCEÇÃO," "AQUARIUS," "O PACIENTE," "SÓ SE VIVE UMA VEZ," "OURO BRANCO."
