Cash Flow Management Process

The Corporate Cash Flow Management Process Course aims to give managers proper control over the available financial and accounting procedures and their use in monitoring, coordinating and controlling company operations, within the perspectives of Decisional Intelligence and Sustainable Behavior.

General Objective

Demonstrate to managers the importance of Cash Flow, since it is so important that it would certainly be chosen as the opening item of a hypothetical Survival Manual for a company. Money is, figuratively speaking, the lifeblood of the company. Without it, the organism would be definitively compromised, no matter how well its other parts were cared for. Thus, control of money must precede any other type of control. The Cash Flow Statement is the financial instrument that allows the manager to monitor the evolution of the balance or imbalance between money coming in and going out, ensuring the financial health of an organization so as to secure minimum risk and maximum profitability, anticipating the company's future capital needs. Accordingly, the objective of the course is to give participants practical and theoretical knowledge of efficient Cash Flow management.
