Excellence in Interpersonal Communication

General Objective

Develop the ability to express oneself and communicate through behavioral practices that contribute to understanding the different forms of interaction between people. Through challenges, participants will experience and gain a better understanding of communication noise and how to handle conflicting interpersonal relationships.

By the end, you'll be able to

• Understand the implications of noise, impasses, and conflicts present in communication, and how to minimize them;
• Develop by strengthening one's behavioral competencies in the performance of activities;
• Use tools and techniques to improve one's performance in communication and interpersonal relationships.

Methodology

The Workshop will be conducted in the form of subject experience and the breaking of dualities, prioritizing preventive, informative and reflective actions developed in everyday social and professional life.
