Prof. José Renato Miranda – Director of Consultoria de Impacto Gestão e Equipes, University Professor of Communication at FACHA, Rio de Janeiro. He focuses on creating management models, especially for family businesses, and on strengthening team attitudes in management. Creator of his own method for behavioral attitudes and author of three books in the attitudinal field, among them “Egoísmo Saudável” (Healthy Selfishness). He provides services to national and international companies (PwC and Grant Thornton Group) through his Impacto consulting method. Paulo Bocchetti – Master's in Education and Society from UFRJ – Specialist in Communication and the Development of Behavioral and Experiential Programs in the Managerial and Behavioral fields and in Corporate Constellation - Consultant in the field of Participative Management and Interpersonal Development.
